Management:

CPQ has a senior management team that brings together a diversity of skills.

Managing Director - James McClean.
James joined CPQ in May 2006. He has had considerable senior management experience in a number of companies operating in such diverse fields as property management, sea port management, import/export and engineering consultancy. He recognises that the construction industry is looking for a thorough, competent and cost effective solution to its on going training needs and is intent on making CPQ a valued provider in this field. James is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Commercial Director – Nicolas Gander.
Nick was a co-founder of CPQ and has over 30 years experience in running customer focused businesses particularly in the area of marketing and sales.

Sales Manager – Jenni Van Wijk.
Jenni manages CPQ’s customer relationships and has been with CPQ since July 2005. Jenni has previous experience in a number of sales focused organisations and has a BA in international business.

Operations Manager – Kate Johnson.
Kate is the link between the on site assessors and the providers of the qualifications. Kate has been with the company from the outset and has been responsible for designing the processes and achieving the accreditations that support the field work done by the assessors. Kate was formerly with HM Customs and Revenue.
