CPQ is a private company that was incorporated in April 2004. It is owned by a group of shareholders and managed by a Board of Directors.

Based in Billingshurst, West Sussex, CPQ provides training across the whole of the UK.

CPQ has been formed to deliver a competitive and high quality training service to the Construction Industry and related occupations.

As a 'Construction Plant Competence Scheme' and ‘City & Guilds’ accredited training centre CPQ can offer a complete training solution, including ‘in house’ training, the ‘Construction Plant Competence Scheme’ (CPCS) and Construction National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ).
